The Sea Chord & Salt Haus are just steps from the sugar-white sands of Walton Dunes Beach Access—a quick 3-minute walk down the street. When you're not lounging at the beach, take advantage of the large, heated community pool and hot tub, surrounded by sun loungers perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine. You're also a short walk or bike ride away from nearby shops, restaurants, and experiences. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or an extended stay, these two condos deliver the perfect combination of beach access, comfort, and style—a true coastal haven for families and groups alike.
The Sea Chord:
Welcome to The Sea Chord, a charming one-bedroom, one-bathroom beachside condo along the stunning 30A coastline, offering everything you need for a relaxing escape. This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
