Great hotel, great service

Although, we enjoyed our stay at the hotel, the sorrounding area's sidewalks had many potholes and unevensurfaces, forcing us to walk on the street against traffic and the spotty city electric service detracted from our overall stay; at times,city power failed several times an hour. The hotel does have power generator with an automatic starter; however, the power switching caused the DirectTV system to restart and we lost track of whatever we were watching. Additionally, a person using a medical aparatus at night which requires constant electrical power can not rely on the service.

Hotel cerca a la playa con buena apariencia

El hotel tiene una buena apariencia, sin embargo falta mejorar la atención sobre todo en el servicio de desayunos ya que solo dan dos opciones, son las mismas para todos los días y es muy poco considerando que en vacaciones la mayoría de la gente quiere variedad y abundancia. Esta bien para un hotel 3 estrellas pero se que pueden mejorar muchísimo empezando por el servicio de los empleados.

Aunque el servicio es excelente deben fijarse cuando se realice una reservación a través de la página www.hoteles.com porque se nos presentó una situación bastante incómoda, debido a que cuando nos ibamos a registrar no habia disponibilidad.

Absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Trips zum Natialnalpark Tayrona oder nach Santa Marta Stadt runden einen schicken Strandurlaub ab. Kolumbianer machen hier Urlaub. "Gringos" sind hier seltener anzutreffen. Daran nimmt man keinen Schaden..... Es hat mir und meiner kolumbianischen "Begleiterin" sehr gefallen.
