We were very happy with the location and the apartment had most everything we needed. If there was a note about bringing our own beach towels we missed it. The host provided a very helpful book of "how-to" notes, but we would never have found it had the neighbours across the hall not mentioned that it was there. This book should be on the counter front and centre for renters as they arrive. Host rep met us to give us the key. Check out was smooth.It was a real bonus to have a wash machine in the unit. Complex pool was nice. Location outstanding....very walkable.

2 months in Paradise

We stayed two months at this property and really enjoyed everything. Would be nice to see a grill (barbecue) area for the complex. Great location to shopping, markets and beaches. Everything supplied in condo, just brought our beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella. Will be back in this unit for sure!

Perfect location for us

The location is perfect for those that wish to be close to restaurants and fresh food markets (5minute walk). The Santa Cruz beach is only about 25 min walk or even faster by cab. The apartment was excellent as it’s close to the entrance of the complex as well as the pool. Other residents were very friendly and welcoming. Although there is a lot of upgrading to the properties we were not affected much by the construction. The only negative that we felt were the abundance of dogs in the El Mirador complex. One would start the barking and everyone else wanted to be involved. This property is bldg 4 and apartment 5 and we would highly recommend to couples.

Nice place

Nice pool ,well equipped condo , convenient to a great variety of bars and restaurants etc, 15 minute walk to closest beach, friendly people, short cab to supermarket. Everything worked well management rep was helpful and corteous. No complsints
