Pros: Ocean front & Location 10/10 Rooms are big and balcony is big. Cons: Biggest issue water pressure TERRIBLE. Rooms are dated bathroom tiny. RECOMMENDATIONS to hotel. Add a mirror outside of the bathroom. Especially for women who need to get ready while husband is inside the bathroom.

We did enjoy our stay.. the suite was very clean, the view was amazing from our ocean view balcony!!! Loved the arrangement for the whole suite! Wished the mattresses were more comfortable… but that is hard to come by in Mexico. Location was amazing!!! Wonderful restaurants so close by!! Found the best breakfast the very last day right next door! The ocean was warm and refreshing every day!!! Definitely loved our stay!!!!!

Lots of room in the suite. Kitchen cooking area small but if you're not cooking big meals for many people it's fine. Location to the beach was excellent. Lots of little grocery stores around. Several restaurants close by. Adjacent to the marina so perfect spot to take boat tours. Short walk to the taxi. Twenty minutes to walk to Chedraui for a grocery shop. Also walking distance to Crucecita. Hot water is run from solar which works poorly. Only certain times of day with hot water and then the water pressure was poor. Housekeeping every 2nd day. Great beach towels.

This condo is located in a nice area. But do not expect a quiet night sleep because they party on the beach all night. The shower is very very low water pressure and very little hot water. Several small items were broken when we arrived. The room for spacious and the bed was comfortable. They only have one TV and it was only in the bedroom.
