Welcome to this modern beach house in Son Serra de Marina. Here, 2-6 guests enjoy a quiet holiday in the north of Majorca.
Son Serra de Marina, a small fishing village on the north coast, is ideal for beach holidays. In the village there is a shop, restaurants and bars. The natural beach is a marvellous place for water sports, diving or a day of sun and beach with the family. More services, big supermarkets and petrol stations are in Can Picafort, 10 km away from Son Serra. A car is recommended.
The furnished terrace is the favourite corner of our guests, perfect for a long breakfast or a gin and tonic in the afternoon. For sun lovers there are 2 sun loungers in the garden with artificial grass. From the terrace you enter the living-dining room with satellite TV and open kitchen with vitro hob and dishwasher. The 3 bedrooms with double bed and ceiling fan invite you to dream. One comes with an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer. A further bathroom with bathtub serves the rest of the house. In the basement there is a 50m2 room with a toilet, washing machine, iron and dryer.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for each guest from 16 years of age. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved during high season. The Ecotasa must be paid before arrival.
Important: as required by law, we have to ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.
