Surrounded by lush vegetation and animals, it also offers all kinds of modern comforts. It’s an ideal place for both young and old, where everyone can play and unwind.

The Space
Ses Cases d'Alcudiola is a little paradise where all kinds of families can relax. At the estate, you’ll enjoy direct contact with nature. If you wish, you can feed the chickens that live on the property and collect their eggs—perfect for making one of the best omelets you’ll likely ever taste. You can also feed the pigs and sheep if you like. All the animals are kept in fenced-off areas, so they’ll never disturb you.

The estate spans over 36,000 square meters, filled with trees and meadows. One of its great advantages is its easy access, as it is located on a well-paved secondary road.

With an ideal location less than 10 kilometers from the coast, our villa is strategically placed to give guests quick access to the beach while still enjoying the peace and quiet of the countryside. Fully equipped with all kinds of amenities, this Alcudiola property is the perfect blend of nature and luxury—a place where children will never be bored, and adults can enjoy a well-deserved holiday.

The house is equipped to accommodate 10 people, featuring a 20-square-meter master suite with a private terrace, two bedrooms with double beds, and two bedrooms with twin beds.

The finca also includes a swimming pool, ping pong table, trampoline, basketball hoop, soccer goals, board games, and swings.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire estate, which covers over 36,000 square meters of trees and open fields. One of its highlights is its convenient location, with great connectivity via a well-paved secondary road. Guests are free to walk around and explore the estate, discovering its many charming, romantic corners.

From the estate, you can easily reach quiet country roads with very little traffic, ideal for long walks at sunset. These paths offer the perfect opportunity to discover more about Mallorca—its traditions, farmland, and vineyards.

You can enjoy fresh, organic eggs collected straight from our hens each morning. You'll also hear the songs of the many birds living on the estate and may encounter various animals, such as a piglet, turtles, and sheep.

To prevent any damage to the property, a security deposit of €400 will be charged on arrival. This amount will be refunded in full on departure, provided no significant damage has occurred.
