Great apartment, ideal to relax.

Located just 5 minutes from the beach of Can Picafort and its beautiful and extensive promenade.

It is a spacious and bright apartment. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room, two bedrooms with capacity for five people and a complete bathroom.

You will also find a spacious terrace, strategically placed in the sun so that you can enjoy the temperatures that the island offers us. On the other hand, it has a small balcony with exterior views.

This apartment is ideal to enjoy with children since the beaches of Can Picafort are totally recommended for families thanks to its kilometers of white sand and its crystal clear waters. On the other hand, you will find a wide promenade with a wide variety of shops, restaurants and bars with outdoor shows, all accompanied by the best summer atmosphere.

All our houses are carefully cleaned so that our guests are protected against covid.

An additional cost of cleaning and laundry will be applied to all stays less than 7 nights.

Check-in and check-out is flexible, as long as there are no other reservations, in that case, check-in should be at 4:00 p.m. and check-out at 10:00 a.m.

A quiet flat few minutes from all the services

This spacious, well equipped and clean flat is in a quiet zone of Can Picafort, near the supermarkets and not far from shops and beach. It is easy to park the car in front of the house. Ana, the owner, is a very kind lady and showed us all the facilities of the flat. We experienced a very hot week in July (up to 41°C on the arrival!) and the first evening we could enjoy our dinner on the private airy roof terrace. Then, the temperatures lowered a bit, so it was lovely to have our dinner on the large balcony at the floor. At night, it was sufficient to keep all the window opened to sleep quite well without using the air conditioning of the bedroom. I would surely recommend this property. Can Picafort is a strategic start point to visit most of the Maiorca attractions.
