Charming holiday home just 400 metres from Can Picafort beach, perfect for enjoying with family or friends. With capacity for 7 people, this spacious and bright property offers all the amenities for an unforgettable stay.



On the upper floor there are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, two rooms with two single beds each, and a room with a single bed, as well as a full bathroom.



On the ground floor, a spacious dining room awaits you, a fully equipped kitchen, a second bathroom with a shower and a practical utility room.



Outside, you can relax on the cosy terrace with a private pool and outdoor furniture, perfect for sunbathing or enjoying an outdoor dinner. Additionally, the house has a small balcony.



The location is unbeatable, just a few steps from the beach and 30 metres from restaurants, shops and everything you might need during your holidays.
