Beach house

Great location. 1 block from beach. Although has washer, I had no idea it would take days to dry. Be prepared to take to a laundry mat. Photos of apt were old, (furniture was old) but we were out and about so much it didn’t bother us.

Perfect location. Nice apartment.

The perfect little apartment by the beach. On the last street before the beach, it’s perfect to spend some time there or use as a home base to visit the rest of the island. The Can PF beach is amazing water. The Port Pollenca beaches were a great 2nd choice. Restaurants, groceries, all nearby. Parking was always available on the street (50m) was the furthest but usually only 1 or 2 cars away.

Wonderful property/great owner.

A fabulous property with all you need for a wondeful stay. The location is second to none with a balconey to eat at overlooking the sea. Biel, the owner, was very accomodating and responsive. We'll be back.

The Best and a lot more

This apartment provides everything you need for a great family holiday. The location is superb, you are less than 1 min from the beach and all the shops bars, and entertainment. The real bonus is Biel who is the very best host, nothing is a problem for Biel, he just gets it sorted no matter what the problem. If you looking for comfort, service sunshine, and a beach location this is the apartment for you. Thank you Biel for all your support and help.

Wonderful stay

Property was immaculate. Kitchen fully equipped and AC worked really well. A really spacious apartment (dining table inside and out was ideal). The view from the balcony was gorgeous and lovely to sit at in the evening and listen to the hubub of the town. The location was amazing- multiple supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants, particularly on the seafront where eating in the evening was lovely. We also visited the saloon style bar Charly's which was fun if you're into that sort of thing, and if not even sitting on the beach in the evening with a couple of beers was lovely. Biel was also a great host and was very easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for our stay, we definitely plan on coming back next summer!

Meer und Strandblick sind der große Pluspunkt dieser Unterkunft.WohnungsgrĂ¶ĂŸe und Anzahl der Schlafzimmer definitiv ausreichend fĂŒr eine Familie mit 5 Personen.Strand ist von der Beschaffenheit her gut. Ein Zugang zum Meer ist auch ohne Badeschuhe möglich und fĂŒr Kinder geeignet da es sehr weit flach rein geht bis es wirklich tief wird.Die KĂŒche könnte ein Makeover vertragen. SchrĂ€nke innen teilweise klebrig. Hier wĂ€re minimum eine krĂ€ftige Grundreinigung nötig. Das KĂŒcheninventar ist teilweise in die Jahre gekommen und das ein oder andere könnte gut und gerne einmal gegen etwas Neues ausgetauscht werden.Im Badezimmer mit der Dusche könnten die Armaturen einmal ausgetauscht werden. Diese sind schon relativ verkalkt, welches sich offensichtlich nicht mehr reinigen lĂ€sst.Die Badewanne im anderen Bad hat auch die besten Tage schon hinter sich. Die Beschichtung blĂ€ttert an diversen Stellen bereits ab.Die ein oder andere Matratze in den Schlafzimmern ist eher sehr weich.Die Ventilatoren in den Schlafzimmern erfĂŒllen ihren Zweck, sind optisch allerdings nicht mehr schön anzusehen. (DreckRost)Außerdem muss einem bei dieser Unterkunft bewusst sein, dass es dort in der Hauptsaison auf Grund der exklusiven Lage bis in den spĂ€ten Abend eher laut von Draußen ist durch die Musik der LokalitĂ€ten und der Touristen.Dies kann gut und gerne auch bis ca. 1 Uhr so anhalten.Bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber in Ordnung.Abschließend waren wir zufrieden und wĂŒrden wieder kommen.

Gute Unterkunft in unmittelbarer StrandnÀhe

Biel ist ein freundlicher Gastgeber, der ĂŒber WhatsApp gut erreichbar ist. Der Checkin war per SchlĂŒsselbox problemlos möglich. Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, aber es kann aus diesem Grund (18-24 Uhr) auch sehr laut werden. Die RĂ€ume sind ausreichend groß. Leider gab es kein Doppelbett. Insgesamt macht die Wohnung einen soliden Eindruck, ist jedoch teilweise schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Flugrost, angelaufene Spiegel, die KĂŒche, Fliese in der Dusche). Sehr positiv: Es gibt ein Babyreisebett und einen Hochstuhl, sowie eine Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer und einem der drei Schlafzimmer (2 Zimmer OHNE AC!), die Betten waren sehr bequem. Auch die Waschmaschine ist fĂŒr Reisen mit Kleinkind hilfreich. ParkplĂ€tze findet man immer im nahen Umfeld. Restaurants und LĂ€den sowie der Strand sind in unmittelbarer NĂ€he. Wir haben das Meeresrauschen in der Nacht sehr genossen :-). Was uns negativ aufgefallen ist, waren Flecken und Haare in einem Bett bei Ankunft und teilweise schmutziges Geschirr in den KĂŒchenschrĂ€nken. Wir hĂ€tten uns eine SpĂŒlmaschine gewĂŒnscht (und haben dies in dieser Preiskategorie bisher auch immer gehabt). Auch ein mobiler WĂ€schestĂ€nder wĂ€re toll. Die MiniwĂ€scheleine vor Ort reicht nur fĂŒr 2- 3 Badehosen, aber keinesfalls, um ein Badetuch zum Trocknen aufhĂ€ngen zu können. GefĂ€hrlich war die zerbrochene Fliesenplatte in der Dusche. Hier haben wir uns mehrfach die FĂŒĂŸe geklemmt. Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt mit ein paar Abstrichen.
