We travel to Santa Cruz several times a year, we always stay at Mission Inn. The staff is friendly and remember the room we like. The bed is comfortable, plenty of good pillows, the room is spacious and clean. We will continue to go to book at Mission Inn.

Hotel was nice and clean, staff were friendly when checking in. Close to all the main attractions and beaches. Have to give it an overall 3 because of a local homeless person. You have to use your key card to enter the breakfast room, he would wait for someone to leave and grad the door and help himself. The first day he just grabbed and left, the second day he stayed in the room. Made my daughter and I feel very uncomfortable.

It’s nice area . 20 min walk to a nearest beach. Overall was good but you can hear your neighbors super super well. Night you can hear everyone walking and slamming things. But it came quiet after 10. Overall it was nice. I didn’t eat their breakfast since I ate out . Rooms are large with everything you need. I did see hair and stuff on thr floor but everything else was clean. The receptionists were really friendly.
