Our shower door was shattered at the bottom and one of our guest got glass in her foot. It made her and up leaving the trip early. Another person didn’t feel safe when the glass wasn’t fully cleaned and we weren’t moved rooms so she also left before the night was over. The hotel said they were going to reimburse us.

Hotel and room was nice and comfortable. Quiet. Only thing that was bothersome was the bathroom light would shut off while in there. My daughter was showering and the light went off. And also, the light when you first walk into the room kept turning on during all hours of the night. Other than that all was good.

The staff were amazing! They were so friendly and if we needed anything they were right there for us. The breakfast was good and the wifi was fast! 100% recommend. It was nice staying somewhere we were made to feel welcomed. The staff works very hard and their customer service is top tier!

There were motion sensitive lights in this room that went on at all hours of the night when there was NO movement in the room. There were stains in the furniture that were disgusting. Also, the last two times I used Hotels.com I was given ADA compliant rooms for no reason. I will not return to this hotel.
