The property is in a great location, very clean and friendly staff. The pool is heated but small, max cap is 12. The parking garage is valet and only one car per room. This was a problem since we had a family suite and needed two cars.

Place was nice, 5 min walk to boardwalk, kids enjoyed the gym, didn’t get chance to use pool or eat there.there’s 30$ valet fee if you want to park there. Room was spacious for the 5 of us.

We had to wait a full hour to check in after the posted check in time and were told the cleaning staff was running behind. This was the only hotel on our trip where this happened. The room was spacious but showed signs of wear.

The exterior of property is beautiful as they are in pictures HOWEVER the Valet Parking ONLY option was annoying first of all because I don’t like having access to my car and second of all the valet was SOO unhelpful. They have you unload your car right at the entrance of the parking garage (I was almost hit by a car incoming in the parking lot). No one offered us a luggage cart or helped give any helpful information. We asked twice, so we just unload here in the middle of the drive way? Mind you, I also have a 3 year old in tow… so we had to take everything up with us, carry my 3 year old (cause we are in a parking garage with valet driving inches away from our car) and had to carry everything up ourselves. I would have really appreciated if someone would have offered us a luggage cart or something. I ended up leaving stuff in the car I needed cause I couldn’t carry it myself and my son safety. I felt like I was annoying the valet for being confused on where I’m supposed to unload and check in. As if that situation wasn’t annoying enough, a few hours later when we get ready for bed, I turn down the sheets and there was what looked to be sand and brown hair in the bed (my son and I have blonde hair and we hadn’t even made it to the beach yet). I couldn’t get a hold of front desk, so at 9:00pm, I had to walk downstairs and request clean sheets (which I changed the bedding myself cause they just handed them to me and didn’t apologize or offer to help). I have pics.

Grandkids had fun in spite of couple glitches

Family trip to boardwalk. Stayed here couple years ago and was nice so we booked again. This time though one of four booked rooms was not available due to staff check-in error; eventually fixed but meanwhile no parking available for that family. Still charged though for two days even though garage parking used one day. Couple rude employees as well; when I booked one room online I literally had to ask the clerk to quit yelling at me and to listen to what I needed; she literally had me in tears and ready to lose it. Would have cancelled all rooms if I wouldn't have lost lots of money.
