This beautiful and elegant apartment is located in one of the noble areas of the city of Caniço, near the beach and the pleasant promenade of Reis Magos.
This housing has the best to give you, starting with the view to the blue ocean, which is visible in several rooms of this apartment. With two bedrooms, both with double bed and one with private bathroom, the property can accommodate a maximum of six people, thanks to the sofa bed available in the living room.
The decor of this apartment matches all the lightness of the furniture and the good natural lighting that fills this nice property.
As a beautiful view deserves a good balcony, this apartment has two. One with access from the bedroom, where you can sunbathe, and another with access from the living room, where you can have your meals with the Atlantic Ocean as a background.
Finally, to have a great vacation, don't forget to take one or several dips in the pool shared by the condominium.

With several places of interest, the town is known for its calmness and the 'Reis Magos', which is close to the apartment. This area has a beautiful promenade, which connects sea and land in perfect harmony. The building is located about one kilometer from this fantastic promenade, ideal for a walk on summer evenings and winter afternoons or for beachcombing during the warmer days.
Nearby there are several bars and restaurants where you can delight yourself with our gastronomy or with international cuisine. In addition to the nearby options, you can go to the center of the village of Caniço (five minutes by car) where you will find a wider variety of restaurants, a pharmacy and a shopping center with a medium-sized supermarket.
TRANSPORT
For departures and arrivals from the airport, the best option to reach the apartment will be the transfer. Ask us to book one with our local partners. It is cheaper than the cabs you find at the airport!
