El Encinar is a 10,000 square meter farm located in a natural holm oak landscape just 58 kilometers from Madrid and 35 from Toledo. It has hiking trails and mountain bike routes. It is accessed from a dirt road that leaves from Santa Cruz del Retamar Exit 58 A-5, or from Esteban de Hambram Tower Exit 52 A-5. The dirt road is 5.5 kilometers.

The farm has a house with 4 bedrooms, paddle tennis court, half a basketball court, barbecue, indoor pool (not heated, at the moment) that opens in summer to have an outdoor sensation, two exterior bathrooms, a kitchen outside the house and the possibility of renting a party room, the multipurpose room that can be used for celebrations and events. It is an exceptional house to get out of the city routine and enjoy a few days of nature just 45 minutes from Madrid.
It is a house prepared to avoid having to leave it, bringing the necessary supplies, the house is equipped with refrigerators and freezers to store all the necessary food and drink. It is advisable to bring bottled water.

We have animals that are the delight of children and adults (geese, chickens and goats). Access to the animal area is restricted. They should not be fed or approached within the enclosures enabled for them. The hosts will spend the morning feeding the animals, after negotiation of what is the best time not to disturb the guests.
