Nice home in Santa Croce Camerina

Located 1.5 km from Punta Secca, this vacation home with a large garden and just 250 meters from the sea borders the excavations of Kaukana, where an ancient Greek settlement was found. Outside you will find many shaded areas where you can relax with a good book. At your disposal are also a large covered terrace (about 70 m²), an outdoor kitchen, a barbecue corner, a large table where you can all sit together. A small kitchen is also located in the house, although due to the pleasant climate of the island is usually used the outdoor kitchen. Outside there is also a laundry room and an additional shower (hot / cold), ideal for returning from a nice day at the sea. The house is located in the context of the archaeological park of Kaukana, an ancient Greek settlement with museum, and about 3 km from Marina di Ragusa and about 1.5 km from Punta Secca, a characteristic fishing village that was recently spotlight as it was the setting of a successful television series, with its characteristic lighthouse surrounded by bars, restaurants and pizzerias. Marina di Ragusa offers long sandy beaches and many restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlors, as well as a large marina. Excellent location for those who want to experience not only the sea but also discover the wonders of the province of Iblea, the baroque of Ragusa Ibla (10 km), Modica and Scicli (15 km) and move further towards Noto, Siracusa and Catania (100 km).
