Very nice and clean. Parking fee is a ripoff.

A very clean and comfortable place surrounded by other nice hotels. The room itself was big, clean and nice. The included breakfast was very good. Just be mindful, they charge $20 extra for parking that is not so evident when booking through Hotels.com, especially since the Hotels.com website said all taxes and fees are included. Hence I gave this a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star.

The service was horrible. We were out of shampoo the day we got there. We told the cleaning staff and it never got changed. We also told them we needed lotion and the final gave us lotion on the last day. The breakfast wasn’t great. The potatoes never tasted like they were cooked and the options for other things was very limited. They ran out of flavored coffee creamer, which sucked! The people above us were so loud that it sounded like they were coming through the ceiling. I complained multiple times and it didn’t seem to stop the people above us. We were given the option to change rooms the day before we checked out, but it didn’t seem worth it by that time. I don’t think we will ever stay there again. The front desk staff was very friendly though.

The location feels safe with a lot of choices for restaurants. Staff are friendly and nice. Not a lot of parking space in the hotel but have a pass to park at the adjacent hotel.

Wasnt pleased

The hotel had construction going on. Woke up in the middle of the night to loud drilling noise and then again to loud landscapers outside the window that couldnt close. Sounded like a tree trimmer. Hotel was nice, but stay was not pleasant :-(
