Having the airport shuttle was a great way to save with an already affordable hotel with friendly staff that was only 15-20 mins away from Disneyland.

Rooms clean, beds comfy. Ac didn’t work when we arrived, had to call maintenance. Also found the sink didn’t drain properly. Told maintenance and was told he could bring a vaccum to suck it out.

We had a wonderful experience. The beds were comfortable and clean. My only complaint would be our shower kept getting water on the floor. No matter how many times we would fix the curtain the water would end up on the floor. Other than that the staff was great especially their housekeeping staff.

The room smelled overwhelmingly of chlorine or bleach- way too strong! There were no extra tissues or toilet paper in the room and only partially used boxes and rolls left for us. And providing access to costly drinking water seems wrong to me. That’s a basic human need. I would not book this hotel again. Don’t mess with the basic needs.

The room was nice and the location is great. Getting to your room is a little co fuding and the front desk staff does no effort in helping. Our conditioner was empty from the moment we walked in and ice machine on our floor was broken during our stay but the property does seem kept up. The main parking is small underground, I showed up late at night during one of my nights so had to park in the "additional parking" which is for the shops accross the way. The night night time staaff was wvery pleasant and helpful though. Not like any of the morning/day ones.
