Enttäuschung

Das Haus ist leider eine große Enttäuschung! Der Reinigungszustand ist nicht akzeptabel, auch sicherheitsrelevante, unfallgefährdende und gesundheitsgefährdenden Mängel ziehen sich durch das gesamte Objekt. Massiver Schimmelgeruch, Fäkaliengerüche, freilegende Stromkabel und Sicherungskästen, defekte Steckdosen, lockere Fliesen auf der Treppe zum Pool sind nur eine kleiner Teil der Mängel. Weiterhin besteht ein extremes Insekten- Problem (Ameisenund Bienen) im Wohnbereich.Zusammenfassend ist das Objekt nicht bewohnbar.Die vorhandenen Bewertung und die Bilder auf FEWO entsprechen nicht annähernd der Realität.Die Immobilie wurde über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht instandgehalten.Die Umgebung ist traumhaft, Restaurant‘s und Supermarkt sind mit Auto gut erreichbar, die Straßen für Biker ein Traum.Grüße vom Trödeltrupp
