La Martina by Escape Home

Country cottage located in a private agricultural setting of approximately 3 hectares. With an interior path providing access to the entire estate. It consists of a single floor to accommodate 4 people, ideal for a couple with children. Located in Pou Nou on the outskirts of Sant Lluís. 10 minutes by car from the beaches of the south coast such as Binibeca, Punta Prima. La Martina features a spacious Menorcan-style porch to enjoy long summer nights with a beautiful brick barbecue, a large garden surrounded by flowers and plants with a pleasant natural lawn where children can play.



Inside, you will find a living-dining room with an American-style kitchen fully equipped with electric oven, ceramic hob, TV and WiFi, capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher (living room with fan).



It consists of 1 double bedroom with a double bed and 2 individual bedrooms. All with fans. The three bedrooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and 2 sinks.



Its pleasant and cosy porch has comfortable sofas and armchairs. Spacious solarium with sun loungers, outdoor shower, laundry area with independent washing machine.



They will periodically receive visits from the owner who cultivates tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and takes care of his animals such as chickens and geese on a farm near the house.
