Son Fanc means Mallorcan clay and means the 'mother earth' on which this property was built. It is a place of peace, love and happiness. From the terrace that runs around the finca, you can see the sea on the horizon but also enjoy the unobstructed view of the ever-green hilly landscape of Mallorca, which surrounds the entire property (almond / olive plantations, sheep meadows). It is a piece of earth with particularly high energy - you can recharge your batteries here! The small seaside resort SÍllot is only 4 km away. Roman excavations have shown that this location is on one of the main energy lines on Earth - and in direct extension to it is Son Fanc.
The large coastal towns of Cala Millor, Sa Coma can be reached by car in just 5 minutes, Arta or Manacor are only 15 minutes away. Whether you want to enjoy cycling, swimming, hiking or culture, everything is practically reachable from here ... that's why we don't have a pool. After all, we are on an ISLAND! Beautifully natural beaches (e.g. Cala Bona) and small bathing bays are in the immediate vicinity and so that we don't become too lazy, we decided to enjoy the Mediterranean Sea for swimming.
