Villa Atalaya is located in a quiet residential area in Sant Josep de Sa Talaia. It can accommodate 8 people and is ideal for families. The charming holiday home has a living room, a very well equipped kitchen with cooking island, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The house is also equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, satellite TV, a safety gate for children on the stairs, 3 baby cots and 2 high chairs. The highlight of the accommodation is the fantastic outdoor area with a breathtaking view of the bay, several furnished terraces, a garden and outdoor showers. Relax among Mediterranean plants and leave the stress of everyday life behind you. A few steps will take you directly to the wonderful Cala Vadella and after a day on the beach you can shower directly in your outdoor bathroom. The accommodation is perfect for all those who are looking for a relaxing holiday where you don't necessarily need a car. A bar, supermarket and restaurants are just around the corner and the sandy beach of Cala Vadella with its crystal clear turquoise waters is 500 metres away. There is a direct road from the house to the beach, so you don't need a car to get there.



3 to 4 parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Pets are allowed (upon request). Bed linens and towels are included in the price. There is another room with two extra beds; if you would like to use this, please speak with the homeowner in advance.



There is 15 kW of electricity available per day. If there is a sustainable increase in consumption, the owner of the house can pay the costs. A grill is not available as the accommodation is in a sheltered area. But outside there is barbecue. Parties are not allowed. There are 2 canoes available for a deposit. Upon request and for an extra charge, cleaning can be done during your stay. There is an additional fee for late check-in after 8pm.
