Set over a single floor with a slightly raised bedroom level (4 steps), the villa has been carefully designed for comfort. The inviting living room with air conditioning and fireplace opens onto a sunny terrace. A fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining area and a cosy living area with a TV. The master bedroom has a 135x190 cm bed, air conditioning and a private balcony, while the second bedroom has two 90x190 cm single beds and air conditioning. The third bedroom has a 150x190 cm bed and air conditioning, ensuring restful nights for all. Two bathrooms, including one ensuite, are equipped with modern showers.

The outdoor areas are a highlight, inviting you to relax and enjoy. A covered barbecue area complements the inviting pool with parasols, which is surrounded by sun loungers. The covered terrace with dining table and chairs is perfect for al fresco dining. An additional outdoor bathroom with shower provides extra comfort.

Full cleaning every 7 nights, with change of bed linen and towels.
