Outside, there is a fantastic private garden with a summer dining area, a stone barbecue, and a pool, where you can undoubtedly spend unforgettable moments with the family. The owners live on the lower level, with completely separate entrances.
Sant Cebrià de Vallalta is a municipality located in the inland area of the Maresme region, between Sant Iscle de Vallalta and Sant Pol de Mar, near the Montnegre mountain range. Covering an area of 15.79 km2, it borders the municipalities of Sant Pol de Mar, Sant Iscle de Vallalta, Pineda de Mar, Canet de Mar, Tordera, and Sant Celoni.
