Great Hotel, Great Staff

Great hotel in San Antonio. Pros: quiet, really nice walk along the boardwalk to get there from the centre and back, close to a beach and everything you need, super friendly staff, nice pool area, good sized room and nice balcony Cons for a young couple looking to party in Ibiza: a bit far from the action, not adults only, not very social, you will end up cabbing a lot and sometimes that can take a while Overall it’s a great hotel and great value and you’ll definitely be able to sleep if you are partying late but if you are looking for something social and to make friends to go out with you may be better off staying in the centre (just be prepared for lots of noise in there!)

Overall location and stayed was a good deal. I like that my small room has nice balcony and place to hang wet towels and Swimsuit. The bus stops is right on the main street where the small beach is located. There is a nice trail along the beach for you to explore more restaurants and beaches nearby. Will definitely stay here again. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Excellent Ibiza hotel family friendly

The air con was working which was a blessing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bus stops are outside the hotel. There is a very nice small beach just outside the hotel and the water is so clear you can see the fishes. The hotel is very clean. Breakfast and dinner are good too.

Not worth the money.

Hotel is not on the beach like the pictures suggest it is. Bar staff was lovely. Maid staff was lovely. Front desk not so lovely. Blamed me when their system did not reflect what I paid for. Had to send my hotel.com confirmation emails to prove I booked certain items like meals. Because their system didn't reflect it, I was called a liar. No apology either after I provided proof. Do not recommended this hotel.

It is a really nice hotel across the street from a beach. They serve a buffet dinner and are helpful with answering questions. I would highly recommend!

Great stay

I booked a single room but was lucky enough to have a double bed. The room was small but what I expected for the money. A ceiling fan and air conditioning. It was clean and fresh, had a huge balcony with chairs. The maid cleaned daily to a good standard, although the hotel is undoubtedly dated by todays modern standard, it's very well maintained and clean. The pool area is spotlessly clean and the waiter service is consistent all day. Because the hotel is small, over a weeks stay you become comfortable with all the staff you see daily. The evening security, receptionist and bartender will generally work your entire stay. Comfy sunloungers, good outdoor showers. Sparkling clear water in the pool. I didn't make it to breakfast by 10.30 on any day so I can't comment on the restaurant. The hotel is close enough to all local amenities, bars, clubs. And yet you can get a good night's sleep with no noise. I would definitely go back

Great value

My only issue would be actually that breakfast is aimed more at the continental type,( on our stay Mostly guests were German/Dutch ) if your happy for this type of breakfast, and we were( I managed to have a bacon n egg roll every morning) this is a 3/4 * hotel. Small safes available in reception, we had a kettle/cups and wine glasses supplied nothing is too much trouble, and staff were the best we've ever encountered

Amazing!

Incredible staff who are very helpful. Adrian is an angel and accommodated a very early check-in for us. Great location. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Room is sufficient and clean, a little small, but we didn't spend much time in it anyways. Great breakfast buffet included!

Thank you for nice memory.

Was so nice staying in this Hotel. First of all, All the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and useful. And the swimming pool was quite small but absolutely joyful. I'd love to use this hotel again if I have another chance to come to Ibiza.

Nice hotel in San Antonio

A nice hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly and the hotel was well maintained and cleaned. It's also located right in front of a bus stop (L9) to make the transfer from the airport very easy. The hotel is located close to the promenade and you can find a lot of bars and clubs for the evening. It's about a 20 minute to the bus station if you want to go to the other towns on the island.

no swimming pool and security guard is probably a bit over the top but not a bad thing i guess if you have a lot of valuables. there is no way you are sneaking any unregistered guests in to this hotel

Had the best time ever

The hotel was close to beach. Staff were amazing. Room was fab. Food was good. And pool area and bar was fantastic. Just wish the music was a bit louder as could only hear hotel next doors pool areas music

Excellent hotel

We decided to stay at the hotel after reading other reviews. It was the right thing to do. Very good hotel, nice staff, good breakfast and dinner. Close to water sports and party venues but no noise once you are inside the hotel. Perfect for family and couples. Reception staff recognised our names when they saw us for the first time. Makes a great impression.
