This beautiful villa offers the perfect blend of rural charm and modern comfort, providing a tranquil escape whilst being just 5 minutes from the town of San Rafael. The tranquil location is complemented by its proximity to Ibiza Town, stunning beaches and trendy towns, all just 10 minutes away.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
The villa sits on a spacious 270 m² plot and is surrounded by a lush garden with orange trees, palm trees and even a tranquil pond with frogs to ward off mosquitoes. Several terraces and sunbathing areas offer plenty of space to relax and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
On the ground floor there is an open-plan American kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster. The living room offers space to relax and the large terrace offers views of the beautiful countryside. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, while two further double bedrooms share a bathroom and one of the rooms has access to the terrace.
