Our comfortable apartment building is located in a central, yet very quiet residential area in the north of St. Pölten in the immediate vicinity of the Traisen River. Just a short walk away, the idyllic Viehofner lakes await you, an oasis of pure relaxation. The St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences with the renowned Bertha von Suttner Private University and the provincial hospital are also in our neighbourhood. For shopping enthusiasts, the Traisenpark shopping centre is also just a stone's throw away.

Whether you are in the city for business, cultural events or further education, our location is ideal for all your needs.
