Villa Juwel Sankt Michael im Lungau: This exceptional spacy luxury villa is located just little above one hour south of Salzburg in the beautiful wide Lungau valley with more than 300 sunny days per year. The villa is located in the quiet outskirts of St. Michael at the edge of green meadows and forest with splendid views over the surrounding pitoresque mountains. It is easy to reach by car as the Villa is located only 2,5 km away from the highway exit of Autobahn A 10. Only 3.5 hours to Vienna or Venice (Italy) enable phantastic trips from this central location.
The Villa has 5 large double bedrooms, each one has its own en suite bathroom (!), large verandas to the south and the east as well as a nice private garden with lawn and old Zirben trees. It is ideal for relaxing, hiking, cycling,
reading outside, garden barbecue (provided) with the family etc.
A local tax plus mobility fee of 2,85 € per night and guest older 14 year has to be paid in cash upon arrival to the caretaker.
The village St.Michael with plenty of restaurants, mall and shopping centers is in comfortable walking distance.
As well a large golf court (Golfclub Lungau, St. Michael), tennis courts and horseriding are within 1 minutes driving.
Further activities:
Consistently signposted mountain bike routes and a valley-connecting tour with a total length of over 500 kilometers are waiting to be explored. There are refreshment stops along every route!

Villa description in more detail:
The groundfloor of about 120 squaremeters has a Master bedroom with an en suite bathroom (shower, long bathtub, toilet etc.), a Sauna for up to 7 persons at a time with a shower area, a very large living room / open kitchen are with a 3 sided visible fireplace, a table for up to 10 persons and a large comfortable sofa with a large TV and sound amplification. The living room area has outside larch wood verandas to the east and to the south for wonderful breakfast lunch or dining experiences in the blushing green natural surroundings of this realm.
The upstairs floor has up to 4 comfortable double bed sleeping rooms each with balconies and en suite bathrooms. (Shower, 2 sinks, toilet, roof windows with view up the mountains).
All rooms have cosy floor heating and the temperature of each room can be regulated independently. All sleeping rooms of the villa have the same extra large beds (2,20m long, 2 m wide with very comfortable mattresses), satellite TV, the whole house has free unlimited wireless Internet. Parking for 4 cars on the property. All the wooden furniture and beds of the bedroom are hand made by local pine wood from a local carpenter. The villa is environmental friendly highly insulated to the newest standards, heats with liquid gas and has additional solar heating of the warm water.

The indicated rates apply to 2 persons per double bedroom. Single use of bedrooms (except when guest number is uneven) is available as an extra upon request. The base rate of the Villa includes max. 4 guests per night. Please make sure to state the correct number of guests to the system when booking as every guest above 4 is extra.
