I believe because it was hot entrances were open, little bugs keep appearing in the room. Flies were flying in my room you kill it the next minute another comes in. The staff on duty was nice, when I asked for a change to my original room, I went up and the heat in the corridor was very high which make it feel like you are burning so I decided to just stay in the one downstairs because the corridors downstairs was ok but the room was not good. Bed was comfortable. I had no appetite due to the are not been clean so I didn’t even make an attempt to try breakfast. Receptionist was very nice I must say.

The cheapest place we could find to stay, and it wasnt great. Staff was nice and we got the sleep we needed, but there is a crack in the wall in the bathroom and poor paint job, the hallways and lobby had no a/c. Place needs some major updates. Price point isnt great for what you get.

Facility was dilapidated and had peeling wallpaper in the hallways because there is no air conditioning in any part of the property other than inside the rooms. Majority of the property was uncomfortably hot. Doors that should be closed and locked at night were propped open 24 hours a day due to the excessive neat inside. Box fans were seen everywhere throughout the property including approximately 12-15 in the bar/restaurant. Staff members were uncomfortably sweating while taking care of the guests. Room was surprisingly clean and comfortable and the staff members were very nice and welcoming…..that was the ONLY upside to this property. I would not reccomend this property to anyone. I expected so much better quality and conditions from a Wyndham property. They should be ashamed.

Staff was friendly enough. The tv remote was the filthiest thing I’ve seen. Looked like it had remnants of someone’s old sauce on it, like a black greasy substance. So disgusting. I was afraid to touch it. And the fabric chair was so gross - no way I would sit on it. I should have paid more money and stayed at the Hampton. I rarely leave reviews but this place was pretty bad.

Totally nasty. Mold in bathroom but forgot to take pic. Grossness growing out of the ceiling. No air conditioning in building except in room. Huge check in hassle. Wanted to use credit card for room deposit and then pay cash. We’re told no we couldn’t do that. If we wanted to pay in cash we had to pay cash deposit of $200 for each room. It was absolutely ridiculous. Bar was okay. No elevators. Had to drag luggage up 3 flights so stairs. Will never stay again or recommend.

Some areas are very outdated

We were on the 2nd floor. Our room was not facing the pool/courtyard. The hallway to get to our room was extremely hot. It was so uncomfortable, as I am extra sensitive to heat. There are metal pillars in the pool area that are rusted at the bottom. There are holes in the skylights that look to be repaired with clear tape. Some things are outdated and others are renovated. I was planning on staying again in August because the prices are better than the Hampton or the Holiday Inn (both are down the street) but I am cancelling and booking at a newer renovated hotel.

this hotel should be listed as a motel.

We drove up and realized this hotel should be listed as a motel. Some rooms have doors that open outside. Many windows were open, suggesting the air conditioners were not running. The outside is barren and in poor shape. We called and cancelled our sitting in the parking lot.

When arriving to property and walking thru front doors you walk into a sauna 90 degrees or more thru out entire main areas. Dining, pool, bar all with no air. When swimming went to ask for towels where owner was working front desk and was told there were no clean ones till house keeping came in following day. Went to hotel room and learned we had 4 people staying in a room and only two towels to shower with. Tried to eat at restaurant where only one girl was bar tending and cooking and could not keep up along with not having air in that area either. Room smells musty and dirty.
