Blue Gulf 201 - Exclusive three bedroom direct gulf front condo

Enjoy over 1500 sq ft of direct beach front luxury at Blue Gulf 201. Completely redone after Hurricane Ian! Our three-bedroom/two bathroom vacation rental condominium is one of the best weekly rentals on the Island. Spacious living room with flat panel TV and direct views out to the Gulf of Mexico. New dining table with seating for 8 and completely updated, open kitchen with everything you'll need to prepare meals for friends and family. The expansive master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom, with the first guest bedroom having a queen-sized bed and the second guest bedroom having two double beds. There is a full-size bathroom in between. Blue Gulf 201 is part of just four units on-site with a heated pool (closed until further notice), on-site parking, and endless views of the Gulf of Mexico. With weekly rentals also being permitted, you're sure to have a great time and visit year after year! This condo is just steps away from the beach, and two flights of steps away from the ground.  Note this property does not have an elevator, but it is worth the walk up two flights of stairs for the view. Blue Gulf is also an entirely smoke-free complex.

We did a family trip here—six adults, one infant—and it was fabulous. The property is nicely furnished and the kitchen fairly well-stocked, but it's the ocean views from the porch (sublime!) and the proximity to the beach (right outside!) that cannot be beat. Just hearing the waves from the porch was relaxing, and Sanibel Island shelling is justifiably famous (we all got some beautiful shells). It was a convenient location to a lot of restaurants, too. We also appreciated all the links to rent baby gear and beach gear that were sent to us beforehand, although in hindsight there were already four beach chairs and an umbrella in the unit's beach closet, so we really didn't need to pay extra for the beach gear (we never needed six chairs at one time). Having laundry is handy, and they give you enough detergent to do several loads. The people who manage the property were really quick to answer questions and give us notice when something arose. Really, we had no complaints and we can't wait to go back! (Oh, wait, one complaint--the "fish" jigsaw puzzle is fiendishly tricky and we couldn't finish it! Ha. So we will have to go back someday.)

I had to have emergency surgery 2 days before our annual “girl trip!” As it turned out, I wasn’t able to go. My friends returned yesterday raving about how beautiful the condo was and it’s great location for shelling and shopping. Long story short, the trip went off without a hitch. The condo had ample room, beautiful views, great design and was very comfortable. This is one of the rare properties that looked even better in person. My friends were excited to be there and I was excited for them. I’m hoping to stay there early 2026.

Beachfront Perfection

We've been coming to Sanibel/Captiva our home away from home for decades now and this unit did not disappoint, in fact it is top of our list of places to stay! This beachfront gulf view condo is impeccably clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, fully equipped, and just waiting to host your family's fun!!No elevator may be a problem for some, but once your moved in, the day to day access of a couple flights of stairs is a breeze and well worth the view from one of the most comfortably decorated screened outdoor living spaces.We rented bikes and enjoyed the close proximity (2mi) to shopping and dining.This is a top of our list rental and we look forward to returning soon!!!

Family Vacation

Very convenient coded entry, so you don't have to waste time stopping by the office. Great location! You can easily bike ride to different places. Also, includes access to a tennis court /pickleball court. It's only a 4 unit complex, so the beach area is not crowded.

Great Location and just steps to the beach!

Fantastic location right on the beach! The condo was nice and had beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's. The kitchen is beautiful and was very well stocked with everything you could need for preparing meals "at home." Nice screened in lanai too The kitchen was nicely updated and it looks like the flooring in the kitchen, living room and master bedroom was fairly new as well. We would have given it 5 stars, but the master bathroom was very outdated and had black mold on the ceiling and around the shower door. The walls looked dirty and area around the toilet was pretty bad. We tried to clean it, but it just needs to be replaced. Hopefully the owners are planning to remodel that bathroom to match the rest of the condo. Mattresses and pillows need to be replaced as well. Pillows were flat and had stains and mattresses are old. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay here again once the master bathroom is refreshed! Location can't be beat!

Great location and Condo

We loved our stay here. The condo was nicely laid out and looked like it had been newly remodeled. The furnishings were comfortable and beachy. The appliances were nice and new. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances and all that you could possibly need for a week at the beach. We loved the location and the view. Such a quick walk out to the beach. The owners supplied chairs, beach towels, beach toys and anything else we needed for our days on the beach. We highly recommend and would love to stay here again in the future!

Property was in great location & condition. We had family stay at another property next door, so very convenient for us. The only issue was the key pad did not work consistently when locking the door. Should have better instructions for using it. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Having beach towels available was great, too.

The property was clean, convenient, and updated. Everything was as pictured/described. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils. Their are only four units in the building so it is quite and peaceful. The beautiful beach is right in your backyard and not crowded - no getting up early to reserve a spot. The unit is perfectly located in Sanibel with easy access to restaurants and shops but far from the noise and congestion of larger properties. The contactless process utilized by the property manager was simple and convenient. We have no complaints and absolutely recommend this property and hope to return soon.
