The property was nice,the rooms were clean. My only complaint was the poor satellite tv reception. Most channels were unwatchable which was very disappointing after a long day of travelling.

The staff was friendly but not very helpful. The lobby & our room smelled musty. Loose tiles in the lobby. Mould and cracked tiles in the bathroom. The tv wasn't able to lock on any station. On the first night they told us it was the weather affecting the satellite reception. But the next night was worse with perfect skies outside. We called the front desk 6 times and was told they tried to reset the system, which failed. Then we called and they said they were waiting for the repair peple to return a phone call. Nothing happened. All night no tv. You pay to have simple room convenienced, and they cant deliver. The bathroom was dirty. Mold and cracked tiles in the bath area. Water stains on the wall facing the toilet. The sink had a years worth of dirt where it met the wall. I took my finger, made it wet and rubbed 2 inches of dirt away to show how easy it would be to clean it. I showed that to the front desk person upon checking out. They looked surprised but said nothing. This place doesn't seem to do basic cleaning or maintenance. After coming in after a busy day looking to relax and watch some tv, it was super disappointing. Also the room didnt even have a closet to hang up some clothes or jackets. The night manager gave us the old nobody else is complaining about the tv, like it was our fault. I asked to switch rooms for one with a working tv and was told none were available. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. but said nothing.m. T

WASTE OF MONEY

This stay was the worst stay I have ever experienced at a hotel. As soon as I entered the room I was met with a musty grungy smell. Turn the tv on and guess what it didn’t work for 3 whole days!! Kept glitching out and searching for signal. Thought ok i’ll watch youtube on my phone. Nope the Wi-Fi didn’t work. Breakfast? Sure if you want bananas that are a week past good. You could not pay me to stay at this place for a weekend again. Truly a horrible experience and a complete waste of money

The pictures the hotel has posted are not accurate. Breakfast was pitiful. A waffle iron that no matter how much spray you use, your waffle sticks. The cereal was stale and no eggs or protein offered. The bar area they show, not opened nor is that space used. Our room was clean but shower was either freezing with no pressure or surface of the sun hot. It took some time to adjust. The staff was nice and helpful. Only bright spot for this hotel.

When trying to have a shower in the morning, I got scolded and so did one of the other people that were down there complaining and all we got was sorry to hear not. Are you OK? Is there anything we can do for you? All I got was well thank you for staying here

Room was still kinda dirty, dried vomit on the remote, lots of hair in the bathroom still, the room smelled like musty feet all the time, only entrance was the front door so the walk to our room was long. Really outdated room, bathroom floor was very sticky, the smell was strong throughout the entire hotel. Hardly any outlets in the room, the tv didn’t work really well, so we didn’t really use it very much. Will not stay there again. The staff was pleasant but the stay was not.

FALSE ADVERTISING!!!This hotel seemed like a nice hotel. The reviews seemed okay, but with it being Memorial Day weekend, prices were outrageous for other locations. When we got to this hotel, neither of the computers at the desk were working. They had no rooms with one bed left, even though I booked our room about a month ago. When we made it past the front entrance, we entered this hallway which was filled with mayflies. The doors, windows, and lights were all swarmed with these bugs. It was absolutely disgusting. We hurried up the stairs, where there were even more bugs. The room itself was clean, nothing special. The bathroom was a little gross, neither of us felt comfortable showering in the shower because it didn’t look the most clean. For the beds, they were very uncomfortable. They were hard and felt like spring mattresses. The pillows were also extremely flat. There were no bugs in our room, thank goodness. In the morning, there were people standing outside of our room just yelling and fighting. I did not feel safe at all. When we arrived, we hurried in because there were a lots of people walking around outside that just seemed off. I did not feel safe in the parking lot or in the hallways of this hotel. The pictures are very very deceptive. It looks like your average hotel: nice lobby, nice rooms, nice bar, but it is very far from that. The lobby is the only “updated” part of this building. The bar is not open. They don’t show the scary hallways or swarms of bugs.
