L'appartamento è molto accogliente e fresco. Non manca niente e data la sua posizione si trova tutto ciò che occorre a pochi metri. Propietari gentilissimi e molto disponibili.

Una vacanza tranquilla e rilassante

È stato un soggiorno piacevole in un tipico paesino sardo, tranquillo e fuori dalla confusione che mai come quest'anno è stato opportuno evitare. La casa dotata di ogni confort si trova in una via del centro del paese, con parcheggio a poche centinaia di metri così come i servizi essenziali (panificio, giornalaio, etc) e a pochi minuti dalle prime spiagge di Porto Corallo e Muravera. Il soggiorno è stato reso gradevole dalla presenza e dalla simpatia del padre di Gabriella, un giovanotto di quasi 95 anni con lo spirito di una persona ben più giovane della sua età anagrafica e dalla presenza della Sig.ra Piera, sempre molto disponibile nei nostri confronti. Un soggiorno da consigliare!

Geräumige Wohnung in einem alten Dorf

Wir haben 14 Nächte in San Vito verbracht und haben uns sehr, sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung befindet sich über der Wohnung des rüstigen 93-jährigen Großvaters (hört und sieht nicht mehr so gut) ist sehr geräumig und sehr gut ausgestattet. Betreuung war absolut top, Kommunikation nur auf italienisch, aber mittels Google-Übersetzer kein Problem. Auto ist ein muss, zum Entladen Gepäck/Einkauf vorm Haus möglich (dann aber rechts um die Ecke und wenden). Parken am zentralen Marktplatz gut. Wir haben in 14 Tagen 7 Strände innerhalb von 10-30 Minuten Fahrtzeit erkundet und jeder hatte seine Reize. Freitags ist Markttag. Die beste Pizza gab es übrigens mit Plastikbesteck, war dafür aber mit Abstand die Beste. Viele alte und sehr enge Gassen, Supermarkt Eurospin viele für uns unbekannte Produkte, aber super Frischetheke. Kleine Geschäfte bieten aber eigentlich auch alles. Joghurtlandia ist top. Shoppen im Ort eher weniger, dafür eher Cagliari ca. 1 Stunde, parken dort links vom Bahnhof für wenig Geld.

Casa situata a pochi passi dal centro del paese, in zona tranquilla

Accolti dal simpatico proprietario della casa, sig.Giovanni, ci siamo subito resi conto di essere in una posizione strategica per poter visitare le splendide spiagge della zona che distano dai 10 ai 30-40 km da San Vito. La casa si e' presentata pulita, accogliente, dotata di tutto ciò di cui si può aver bisogno durante il soggiorno.In paese si trovano negozi alimentari che vendono specialità locali;c'e' anche un grande e rifornito supermercato. La gentilissima sig.ra Gabriella ha mantenuto con noi contatti telefonici costanti, suggerendoci luoghi da visitare e ristoranti per la cena durante l'escursione a Cagliari. Ci siamo rilassati. Vacanza indimenticabile, la natura selvaggia dell'Ogliastra ci ha completamente incantati!!! CI RITORNEREMO

Vacanza all'insegna della tranquillità a contatto con la genuina vita di paese

L'appartamento è situato nel centro storico di San Vito ed è dotato di ogni confort. I proprietari sono accoglienti e premurosi. E' significativa la presenza nell'alloggio al sottostante piano terreno dell'anziano vivacissimo e simpaticissimo genitore della proprietaria che fa buona compagnia agli ospiti. La vacanza è ideale per chi può spostarsi in auto alla ricerca dei paesaggi e delle spiagge stupende della zona. L'unico possibile problema, che per noi non è stato tale, potrebbe essere il parcheggio non essendo disponibile un posto auto riservato. Vi è comunque un parcheggio pubblico ad un centinaio di metri dall'abitazione. Per noi è stata una vacanza stupenda alla ricerca di calette quasi esclusive in un raggio di 50 km.
