Apartment located on the first floor of a semi-detached house with independent access, just a few minutes from the beautiful La Cinta beach and a short walk from the center of San Teodoro. It consists of a living room with kitchen, double bedroom, bedroom with 3 beds, bano with shower. A spacious covered veranda equipped with table and chairs, allows you to eat outdoors or spend relaxing moments reading a nice book when you return from a day at the beach. On the ground floor, there is a small corner under the stairs with washing machine and sink, and an external shower. Private garden with adjacent parking complete this lovely and functional apartment.
We rent weekly.
