We thoroughly enjoyed our 10-night stay at the lovely VRBO home of Silvana and Stefano! The experience in the Village of Lu Fraili was so comfortable, and offered the opportunity to live like the locals do. The home had everything we needed, inside and out. Along with the many beautiful beaches nearby, we loved seeing the sun rise over the mountains as we enjoyed morning coffee, and sunning in the lounge chairs.The location is very convenient, with multiple restaurants and markets nearby.Our Hosts, Silvana and Stefano, were very kind! They were available if we had any questions and suggested restaurants for us. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Best place I have been in Sardinia

I had the perfect stay in this place, and I believe my wife and I found the place to be again and again. The house was beautiful and the area was quiet and a pleasure to enjoy the outdoor dinners looking at the garden and neighbourhood, and I cannot recommend it enough! Silvana, our host, made us feel incredibly welcome. Her warmth and attentiveness truly set a smile in our faces. The house itself was fantastic—spacious, clean, and beautifully renovated with a perfect blend of comfort and style for us. It had everything we needed and more. The outdoor area was a highlight, with a lovely patio where we enjoyed again and again our morning breakfast and late dinners, and chill out drinks. Location-wise, the house is perfectly situated in San Teodoro area, just a short drive to stunning beaches like La Cinta, Lu Impostu, Cala Brandinchi. Silvana was always available for any questions and provided great recommendations for restaurants (Quattro Venti as example) and activities in the area. Her local knowledge really helped us make the most of our trip. Overall, this was one of the best stays we’ve experienced in Sardinia, honestly, I have been in this area six times now and I can say for sure, this is the place for me. Thank you, Silvana and Stefano, for making our visit to San Teodoro unforgettable. Thanks also for let us discover the Crema de Limone and the Miro licor as well.

Wir hatten ein wunderbare Woche auf Sardinien und in dieser tollen Unterkunft. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung und vor Ort noch schöner. Die Anbindung an schöne Strände und Straßen für Sehenswürdigkeiten war toll. Die Unterkunft selbst ist in einem perfekten Zustand. Sehr bequeme Betten, eine super ausgestattete Küche und ein absolut traumhafter Außenbereich. Auf der Terrasse konnten wir jeden Tag ein gemütliches Frühstück und Abendbrot genießen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Silvana und ihrem Mann empfangen und haben auch während unseres Aufenthalts einen netten Kontakt gehabt. Ich würde diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen und komme sehr gerne wieder.

Perfekt!

Wir waren im Juni 10 Tage zu viert in diesem tollen Ferienhaus. Alles ist wie beschrieben, im Haus fehlt es an nichts! Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, die Vermieter waren immer schnell erreichbar und sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Sie sind sehr offen und freundlich, haben uns mit Gebäck und Getränken begrüßt als wir ankamen, das ist nicht selbstverständlich! Dank Google-Übersetzer gab es keinerlei Kommunikationsprobleme. Das Haus ist ruhig gelgen und hat einen tollen Außenbereich. Innen sehr sauber, sehr gut eingerichtet mit vielen leeren Schränken, für eigene Sachen, alles sehr neuwertig und gepflegt, einfach top! Die Lage ist ideal, nur kurze Anfahrtszeit zu den besten Stränden - wir kommen wieder!

Rundum gelungener Aufenthalt

Das Ferienhaus ist super ausgestattet und in sehr gutem Zustand. Alles was man zum Kochen benötigt ist in der Küche vorhanden, zudem ausreichend Besteck, Teller, Tassen, Schüsseln, Plastikdosen uvm. Zwei große und bequeme Betten, Handtücher für Zuhause und Strand, Sonnenschirm, Grill... Badezimmer mit Dusche und Duschkabine. Sehr schöner Außenbereich. Kleiner Supermarkt mit Bäckerei in der Nähe. Silvana und Stefano sind super nett und bei Fragen schnell erreichbar und direkt nebenan. Ich kann die Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

Ferien Sandro und Zamir.

Wir hatten sehr Schöne Ferien in der Unterkunft. Silvana und Stefano sind sehr nette und herzliche Menschen. Die Kommunikation gestaltete sich teils schwierig da wir nicht gut Italienisch konnten. Auch die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr gut, sie ist etwa 25min vom Flughafen und 5-10min zu den schönen Stränden entfernt. Ich habe es sehr genossen und würde diese Unterkunft wieder mieten. :)
