The only negative was that we had to request room cleaning one day in advance. We felt bad for cleaning personnel because of the amount of trash left. There were also no accessible trash cans so we could get rid of trash ourselves.

The view was absolutely amazing! The ocean view suite, was very dated, the couch was dirty as were the fans, table and chairs. The bed was comfortable and again the view was exquisite but the room needs to be updated. The service was ok until we received a call 2 hours and 45 minutes after we left our keys in the drop key dish telling us we had overstayed the 11am checkout. There was a young woman standing near the dish when dropped our keys. We were told maybe another guest took them and not to worry, they expire at 11 am. Wait, what? Not a great end to the trip.

Great location! Expedia says "Breakfast included", but this is not so. Just some bread and coffee from a local bakery. It was good, but not breakfast. Other than that, a nice place. They even gave us a free room upgrade with an ocean view. We did appreciate that!

Very pleasant staff. The room was wonderful and there is a great restaurant right next door. The ocean is across the street and we could watch the waves from our balcony. I am looking forward to out next visit here.

The room was clean but the furnishings were a little tired looking, our reservation said the suite had 2 kings and 2 queens. It did not. It had 2 rooms one with a queen and a sofa that may or may not have had a pull out bed, and a separate bedroom with a king. The reservation said we had a courtyard view, that didn't really happen either. We didn't spend a ton of time in our room so we managed, but were a little disappointed. The first night there the hair drier tripped a circuit breaker and turned off the power in both bathrooms, the second night there our TV remote stopped working and the tv had to be repaired. Staff was nice and helpful and gave us good dining recommendations. Coffee and pastries were available Saturday morning, but not Sunday for some reason. Paper napkins would be a nice addition to the morning snack if they offer it again.

The room was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels were provided, and toiletries were nice. It was nice to have a large closet with several racks for putting luggage on. Unfortunately, the closet didn’t have a light inside, so that made it a little challenging at times. There was not a fireplace in the room, but we were right next to the lobby that had a fireplace and was cozy with little snacks and games. Although the suite worked fine for our purposes, it did not match the description as one of the bedrooms was open to the living room.

You can sit in a 2-person jetted tub and have the fireplace on and open the slider door and listen to the waves crashing practically just outside your room! The woman who checked us in was super friendly & it was an an easy check-in.
