Right in the centre, next to the main shopping area of the city and a few steps away from cafes, restaurants and local businesses, but without sacrificing peace and quiet. From here you can walk to La Concha beach in just a few minutes, stroll to the old town or go shopping just by leaving the door.
The Euskotren station is two minutes away from the accommodation, which will allow you to make excursions to towns and destinations in the province without the need for a car.
The flat has two double bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with two large single beds. Both of them have windows to the inner courtyard, which will allow you to rest without any noise problem. The kitchen, renovated and fully equipped, is integrated in the common area, which also has a dining table and a comfortable sofa chaise-longue. The balcony overlooks a quiet street with hardly any traffic or noise. A recently renovated bathroom with a large shower completes the flat.
In short, an ideal place to relax after a day at the beach or sightseeing with family or friends.
