Great location as we travelled by train and were also using as base to travel to Seville and Granada. Rooftop pool wonderful for a cooling swim in the looking at the Andulacian hills in the distance 👌 Bed was comfortable and room had all we needed

Dishonesty

I was first put on a room with no wifi signal. Got changed to a room with signal however the internet didn’t work. Wasted 2 hours doing this . The water is not constant temperature . Sometimes it’s too Hot or too cool. Absolutely appalling experience. Also got told There is a supermarket behind the hotel - there is not !

Modern hotel in great location. Had parking which was essential for us as we were touring. The room was large and well equipped. Some of the furniture is looking a bit tired. Breakfast was average and the self service coffee was dire. Overall was good but could do better, especially the breakfast. Nice, helpful people.

Very pleasant stay. The location, staff, and amenities were all terrific. I would definitely stay here again. The only thing that wa a little disappointing was the slow WiFi. Parking was easy and safe.

Nice old hotel with a comfortable bed and good shower. But, as another reviewer commented, the fact that there is no aircon in the room isn't ideal. My room was 25 degrees when i checked in. I set the thermostat to 18 degrees to chill it down to sleep and i was amazed to feel hot air coming in from the vent. I had to open my window for a couple of hours to get some cooler air in. No idea when they switch from heating to cooling. Also the rooftop pool is a lovely feature but the water was cold. I didnt mind really as i was swimming lengths but if you normally like to just dip in the pool and float around you might find it a bit too cold for that

It was a good location, hotel is in need of refurbishment of old furnishings. Room was dull with poor lighting. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room or complimentary daily supply of drinking water for a 4* hotel. Staff were helpful.
