This is the main hotel in San Salvador. They have conventions, Turist, Regular guest. For a Hotel of this size, At reception they only maintain one clerck after 11pm, Imagine the waiting time to make check in. Long lines forming from guest trying to check in. At least two clerks for a hotel of this size with this HI ocupation rate. Bad experinace anything to do with reception at night. Everything else was great.
