The stay was wonderful, we were greater by the front desk very friendly. The rooms are very clean and spacious. The only thing I didnt like eas the shower since it has half a glass and water gets out. Overall I will definitely recommend this location

El hotel es impecable! Divino, las habitaciones todas son nuevas, y súper modernas. El baño Divino con ducha con hidromasaje, la atención es estupenda, Las recepcionistas un amor total. Te sientes como un rey hospedándote en el Ramada Inn. Recomendado 100000%. . En mis futuras estadías sin dudas reservaré con este hotel. Si pudiera ponerles más estrellas lo haría. Te brindan agua embotellada ilimitadamente . Las camas son espectaculares, descansas como los dioses. Y el servicio de aseo es excepcional. Mil mil veces recomendado, es un hotel pequeño pero fenomenal, el nivel de seguridad también nos encantó, los porteros están muy pendientes de ayudarte con tus bolsas y paquetes del día y se siente muy alta la Seguridad y respaldo de ellos. Los desayunos deliciosos. Los chicos de la cocina muy amables también.. sin pensarlo diría que es de los mejores hoteles en los que me he hospedado! Gracias

Nice room, friendly staff, save area. However, terrible neighbours. The disco next door has loud music, sometimes even VERY LOUD MUSIC. We stayed Tuesday to Friday, and the loud music lasted until 5:50 in the morning. We understand the disco is new, started in December, and the police have no possibilities to stop this noice. Very big problem for Ramada and Best Western across the street.

I booked multiple nights at this Ramada in San Salvador expecting a standard business-class hotel experience. Instead, my stay was cut short due to conditions that made the hotel effectively uninhabitable at night. The most serious issue was extreme noise. A nightclub or music venue directly across the street played very loud music until approximately 3:00 a.m. The noise was not occasional or distant—it was constant, overwhelming, and penetrated the room even with windows closed. Sleeping was not realistically possible. In addition, prepaid breakfast was not honored as advertised. This was a minor issue compared to the noise, but it added to the overall sense that services did not match what was sold. After the first night, I spoke directly with hotel management. The manager verbally agreed that the conditions were unacceptable and stated that: My remaining four nights would be canceled I would receive a refund for the unused nights Based on that assurance, I checked out early. However, despite this agreement, no written confirmation was ever provided, and only approximately USD $98 (roughly one night) was refunded. The remaining prepaid nights were not refunded as promised. To summarize: The hotel location suffers from severe nighttime noise and the manager lied.

The staff was very attentive and helpful. The rooms was very clean. The breakfast was tasty and prices were good. It is close to several eateries, pharmacies and medical centers, a few blocks to Zona Rosa. The only complaint I have is that there was very loud music nearby business on Fridays into Saturdays. I know this is not the hotel’s fault but it may matter to some people.
