The Felix Double Room 1 King Bed was spacious, clean, and had most of what I needed (no iron, limited towels, only trash can was in the bathroom). Service was lacking. I waited ~15 minutes for someone to attend to me during check-in. No one was at the front desk during normal hours (3:30PM) on a Saturday. Parking was limited. There are about 4 parking spots in front of the hotel. Parking close by in other small lots will cost money. Upon check-out, my car was blocked in by another guest's car, and I was asked to move the other guest's car with their keys. That said, you can do much worse in the area, and the room was comfortable. Not sure if it's worth the price.

Great location pretty good hotel

Central location near lots of restaurants. Most rooms are fairly small. We were able to have the larger suite room that had a sitting area and small courtyard patio. There were some maintenence issues that were slowly, but eventually resolved. There is a busy bar attached to the hotel with loud music at night. We could barely hear the music, so it didn’t bother us much. Breakfast was good. No coffee in the room and not available until 7am when the begin breakfast.

The front desk staff was amazing but before booking it states laundry services on site which there is no laundry service on site. We walked into our room with no face towels and the two body towels we had were stained and seemed dirty. At first we were told since it was a holiday there were no towels because housekeeping was out but then she brought us two new body towels but we were told they do not have face towels. When it was finally time for us to lay down the bed sheets had a big yellow stain and they weren’t unable to fix the issue.

Staff were very friendly. The cleaning ladies only came once at around 3:10 pm, just as I had returned to the room so it wasn’t cleaned on the three nights I was there. The room was basic. There were some conventions in town so it was impossible to get other rooms last minute except for a 3 bunk bed room. The room had six beds in total and a very basic setup. Every night I could hear the music from the lobby until around 1 am. The door is not automatically locked so you have to lock it from the inside every time. The plugs were directly in each bunk bed so you could keep your phone charging on a table. The location is quite good and it’s safe to walk around to restaurants and shops there (I’m told it’s changed a lot with Bukele as president).
