Staff communication is extremely inconsistent — different employees provide different information, and even management seemed unaware of basic schedules. I requested an iron at check-in, was told it would be delivered, and it never was. A second request hours later was denied, and it was never provided.
The balcony was dirty, I woke up with large bites from the bed, and breakfast was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
