We started investments in a few 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom properties at Cadaques after coming with my family of 10 and falling in love with the place, sea, quiet but lively enough home away from home. Weekends the aqua park on the property is a big hit with our kids. The closest resort to one of Caribbean's nicest beaches at Saona. We helped create what was missing, i.e. by having for us and clients delivered fresh twice a week fruits and vegetables at a fraction of a cost if compared even with the nearby town supermarkets. Daily water delivery of a large 5 Liter bottle as needed. Free wifi at appartment, for some appartments we have portable routers, that you can also hook at certain places on the beach. Low cost of transport, planned excursions at fractional cost, etc.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned apartment. There's a private balcony. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
Enjoy the recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or make use of other amenities including barbecue grills.
