Subject: Feedback on Room Conditions and Service Experience
During my recent stay, I encountered significant issues with the room conditions and the service provided.
The first room had a malfunctioning air conditioner. I reported the issue, and a repairman arrived approximately an hour later—around 12:30 AM. He made some adjustments to the remote and asked me to wait 10 minutes, assuring me it would start working. Unfortunately, it did not.
I called the reception again, but they insisted the repairman claimed the issue was resolved. After some back and forth, they finally agreed to change my room. I was taken to the reception, where I had to wait another 15 minutes while they arranged a new room—by then it was already 1:00 AM, and I had to wake up early at 7:00 AM for an excursion.
The second room also had a serious issue: the toilet flush was not working. I had to manually fill the tank with water bottles just to use it. Despite raising the issue, no repair was made, and I had to continue using the toilet in that condition.
This experience was extremely disappointing and not reflective of the service quality one expects.
