Beautiful property and loved that since there was no beach, had sand to have a beach area for sun chairs by the pools. Breath taking views of the ocean! Great snorkelling! Food was good. Room was nice.

Overall I would give this a solid 3 star+ resort - almost to 4 star - I am gluten free so I was concerned but although the food wasn’t labelled- I had non problem finding g gluten free alternatives - alcohol (wine) was really limited and questionable ( I am not a wine snob) so I had to pivot - room we had was amazing - would definitely recommend

Standard room was boxy, empty, a little claustrophobic. But clean. Do the upgrade when you first book your vacation, absolutely worth it! Staff across the whole resort extremely nice, friendly and welcoming. Not a place for the partier but if you want a laid back, relaxing very enjoyable vacation this definitely is the place!

We arrived and did not receive the room we booked. They gave us an absolutely horrible room upon arrival
tiny, dingy, puny balcony overlooking a roof! We complained and immediately we were told that they could upgrade us. This should’ve been free since it was their problem they didn’t give us the room we paid for. Instead they brought us to a nicer room and tried to charge us $80 US per night more! We were so tired we agreed to pay them $450 US more for the week! They did exactly this to 3 other sets of tourists we met the week we were there!! That’s criminal!!! Also most of the staff were unfriendly, spending as much time on their phones as serving guests. We were made to feel as though we were bothersome. Never going back! Other tourists be warned of the room scam they’ve got going when you arrive!

La fenetre de la chambre Ă©tait brisĂ© donc l'air humide de dehors entrait. innaceptable pour un hotel. Les chambres non prĂȘte avant 15h pour tous c,est impossible. Bon menu au buffet mais impossible de rĂ©server au resto Ă  la carte pour le meme jour mais nous avions seulement 1 soir ici. serait bien d'avoir quelques places de disponibles pour les gens qui sont la seulement une soirĂ©e. Bruit de musique le soir en se couchant. belle grande piscine. PAS assez de chaises pour tous :(

What one would expect for a low cost all inclusive resort. While the grounds and pools were beautiful. The food was mediocre, the rooms were sparsely furnished and worn, and the alcohol was below the bottom shelf in quality.

la chambre était une chambre fumeur, c'était épouvantable l'odeur de cigarette qu'elle avait, heureusement ont à réussi à me trouvé une autre chambre, elle était beaucoup mieux pour l'odeur mais il y avait de petits moucherons dans la salle de bain.... à l'extérieur c'était bien mais ce fut difficile de se trouvé une chaise longue. pour ce qui est du buffet, rien d'exceptionnel.... une chance nous y avons passé qu'une seule journée

This is rated as a 4 star and it's barely a 2 star. It's unkept loaded with mold and roaches. The HM Stands for HUGE MISTAKE. READ THE GOOGLE REVIEWS IN THE PAST YEAR. It has over 200 1 and 2 star reviews. The food had bugs all over it. We had to go off property to get food because it was that dirt and bad. Btw it's not all inclusive it's particularly inclusive. STAY AWAY
