Summary:
We are proud to present this traditional villa located in Blue Lagoon; it has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a private pool. There are a number of bars and restaurants within a short walk ,a home away from home with all you need for a quick getaway. For stays of 10 nights or less, it is considered a Tourist Property - Tourism Contract. For stays of more than 10 nights, it is considered a seasonal rental in accordance with Decree Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, and a seasonal rental contract must be signed.

The Space:
You enter the property into the open plan living room/ dining area. The living room has 2 sofas, An arm Chair, coffee table and a cabinet with the tv on top. The TV has English and Spanish television. The living room also has Air-conditioning unit. There is a 6 person dining table in the dining area.
Just off the living room is the American style kitchen equipped with hob, oven, dishwasher and fridge.
You exit the open plan space and enter a hallway, the master bedroom is on the right and has a double bed, bedside cabinets and built in wardrobe.
Next door you have the second bedroom, and this has twin single beds, built in wardrobe and chest of drawers.
On the left you have the bathroom; this is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.
Outside the property there the lovely private pool and the elevated terrace immediately outside the property there is a 4 person rattan table and chairs that is protected by an awing. There are also sun loungers for relaxing by the pool as well as a 4 person dining table with parasol. You also have access to the large solarium from the terrace.

The Neighborhood:
There is one of the largest shopping malls in Europe a 10 minute drive away - Zenia Boulevard. Where there are shops, bars & restaurants, bowling alley, casino and supermarket.
Within a 10 minute walk are the bars and restaurants of Las Filipinas as well as a small international supermarket. The famous VillaMartin Plaza is 5 minute drive from the property, which is an ideal place to spend an evening with bars and restaurants a plenty.
Numerous commercial centres within a 15 minute drive, including La Fuente Centre and Zenia Boulevard, Costa Blanca’s largest shopping centre.
There are three golf courses within a 10 minute drive - VillaMartin, Campomor and Las Ramblas and more within a 30 min drive.

In Torrevieja, there is a lovely promenade to walk along with bars and restaurants, night market in summer season and water park. There is also a cinema with both Spanish and English films, close by to a bowling alley.
There are Blue flagged beaches within a 10 minute drive to enjoy the Spanish sunshine.

Getting Around:
For those with a car, explore the Spanish villages close by and enjoy a drink in the plazas.

Check in très rapide pas d'état des lieux. J'ai dû me débrouiller seule pour trouver l'endroit où se trouvait la machine à laver. Propreté à revoir. Mobiliers de jardin à changer.
