The villa, for 7/8 guests with air conditioning, is arranged on the ground floor and first floor and has a separate entrance.

On the ground floor there is a living room with a single sofa bed, a kitchenette with medium-sized fridge, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower cubicle, and a large fenced garden; an external staircase leads to the first floor where there is an attic with a double bedroom plus a single bed, a bathroom with shower cubicle and window.
