At the gates of Bibione and Lignano, in a very quiet residential area, large single villa with swimming pool.
The house stands on a land of 3000 square meters completely fenced, and consists of:
- On the ground floor a large living room, kitchen and pantry, large porch with fireplace, table for outdoor dining, lockable living area with mosquito nets. Sleeping area with three double bedrooms and two bathrooms.
- On the first floor two double bedrooms and a bathroom, in addition to the master bedroom with private bathroom.
The house has a double closed garage with electric overhead doors and two parking spaces covered by a porch.
The maximum occupancy is 12 people
