Functional and well equipped apartment on the ground floor with a private garden, it can host up to six guests. It consists of a large living room with a double sofa bed, a separate kitchenette, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom with window and shower. Main amenities included: A/C, dish-washer, washing machine, and one uncovered and numbered parking spot. The residence is located in a green area, approximately 1km from the beach. °Swimming pools are open seasonally (Mid June/Early September). The exact opening and closing dates vary between the residences and depend on the weather conditions or maintenance services.
