rooms basic like monastery but extensive grounds with lake, $5 uber to pyramids and commercial areas, otherwise isolated. Staff friendly, speaking only Spanish. only restaurant quite expensive. Police academy on site: loud marching at 7a.m. abandoned sports center on site with bull ring & huge stadium & pools: strangely interesting

Me encantó este hotel. El lugar es muy bonito y cómodo, pero lo que más debo resaltar es el servicio... nuestro vuelo llegó un poco tarde (casi 1AM) y ellos nos esperaron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Nuestra habitación fue muy cómoda y el área muy tranquila, a veces se escucha el tren. Al amanecer es hermoso, puedes ver el lago y los globos aerostáticos. Cuenta con su parqueo privado, agua caliente en baño, sábanas y toallas.

Este hotel es de lo más hermoso, su personal es muy amable desde que haces check in y todas las instalaciones están preciosas, la habitación es sencilla pero igual de bonita, con agua caliente, sábanas limpias y cobertores, la comida del restaurante es DELICIOSA y sus meseros muy amables. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

La atención de Jorge Ruiz a la recepción de hotel es excelente. Regrese por segunda vez al hotel por recomendación de Jorge.. ya que la primera visita no tuve la oportunidad de conocer el club campestre. Está segunda vez acudi con mi famila y quedamos encantados.
