Lack of integrity from hotel staff. While checking out early in the morning, I left my brown hat in the reception area. Came back 15 minutes later to retrieve it. Checked room, spoke to staff and the person who assisted with carrying out luggage to the street could not be found. I sent a message to the hotel since I was planning to come back another night and they never replied. First and last time staying at this hotel.

The hotel is beautifully redesigned. The rooms are great however there is no coffee machine nor refrigerator. Luckily there are lots of cute coffee shops around that are walkable. The hotel is in the best location. Everything is near. From plaza’s, restaurants, museums, bars, shopping, banks you name it it’s near! I have stayed here twice already and I can’t wait to stay here again! The rooftop views are beautiful.
