Charming & spacious early 1900's Victorian home in the heart of San Luis Obispo. Easy 1/2-mile stroll to downtown! This historic treasure has all the characteristics that make vintage homes so special. It is decorated in a fun and casual way and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests. Fully stocked red retro kitchen with a restored 1954 O'Keefe-Merritt stove that works great. Perfectly set-up to accommodate a large group of friends or family for a memorable trip to the beautiful Central Coast!

You will have access to the entire home as well as the private side patio and shared back patio. You also have the option to park in front of the single car garage behind the home.

Well-established, quiet neighborhood with sidewalks and open street parking. Centrally located near downtown, shopping and restaurants. You can walk across the street to the Giant Grider for lunch which is a great sandwich shop!

You are approximately 1/2-mile from the heart of downtown SLO. Everything is just a short stroll straight down Broad Street. Uber and Lyft are also available if you want to venture farther.

Perfect SLO vrbo

This location was excellent. Beautiful, well maintained house with authentic SLO Victorian ambiance while having all the modern bells and whistles. Stayed for a long weekend with family and couldn't have asked for a better place. Walking distance to downtown for coffee and pastries every morning!

Wonderful home! Very spacious for groups.

We had an awesome stay in the home! Beds were super comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was a great stay for our group and had plenty of space for the 11 of us. The host was also quick to respond to our questions and flexible in letting us make a last minute adjustment to our stay.
