My room had a leak in the ceiling and my things got wet, the phone in the room was disconnected and when I called the front office I had to do so with my cell phone and the mini refrigerator wasnt latch on so the door kept falling when you opened it.

The ADA bathroom is not designed for the water to slope down to the shower drains so it made a mess of the entire bathroom floor:( The split ac system is so dirty with dusk and the room floor has lots of cracked damages. The pool area was missing towels and the jacuzzi looks so dirty.

They put an elephant in the room above us they were so loud. And the bed was hard, TV was small and didn't work picture was frozen a lot and hard to change channel. Parking was awful. Room was clean, workers were polite and worked for a place to crash but won't be back.

Hotel has been remodeled but bed was off frame and noisy and mini fridge was loud and running most of the night. For the location and price it’s fine. Just wasn’t my best time staying there this time. I have stayed there over past 7 years and have watched it change with many different owners and managers.

One of the rooms we booked didn't even have a burner/stove top in the "Kitchenette", the fridge didn't work (they did bring in a new smaller one), and there weren't any of the kitchen essentials available as apparently they don't have enough to actually provide for all of the "kitchenette" rooms. So we pretty much paid extra to have an extra (small sink). Bed were comfortable, which is important.

Worst place ive stayed at shame as i love the town of San luis osibio. Constant banging of floor above me, people shouting, dogs barking, , cars rwccing the engines, terrible room cleaning service. Gym also terrible like something feom the 90's with the equipment there and lack of it..

Overall, the experience was good, and the level of amenities and value were good. The main person in reception was friendly and did her best, but she seemed very inexperienced and provided what seemed like scripted, non-accommodating answers to some, what I would consider, very basic and common requests. I believe she was sincerely trying to do her best, but the lack of experience was evident.

We did not have a good experience with the room. The room was neglected: broken refrigerator door, bathroom was dirty upon arrival, bathroom door was warped with humidity, ceiling leaked during the rain, floors are cracked and most furniture was either dusty or half wiped. The staff was nice enough. Breakfast was mostly prepackaged items. We bought up concerns with staff and they tried to help but walking thru the rest of the hotel (office spaces unorganized, laundry room neglected, dusty or broken curtain) we could tell attention to detail was not a priority. We made the best of it so it wouldn’t ruin our family weekend but we will not be staying there again.
